There are many tools and techniques that have proved to be valuable to businesses in applying the Lean Approach. These include:

Yes, when booking through our website you are not required to make payment. Once you reserve your place via our website we will then email an invoice for payment. Payment can be made via BACS, credit/debit card or cheque.

Payment is due 30 days prior to the course start date, or upon receipt of the invoice if the course starts sooner.

The ISO 17025:2017 was introduced in December 2017 for the laboratory industry.

If you have completed ISO 17025 training previously then the Transition to ISO 17025:2017 training could be the best option for you.

The new ISO 45001 standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems is being introduced in March 2018.  If you have completed OHSAS 18001 training previously then the ISO 45001 Auditor Migration training course could be the best option for you.

Organisations certified to OHSAS 18001 will have three years to migrate to the new standard.

Yes, ELCAS has awarded Bywater with Approved Learning Provider status in the Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) scheme.

The scheme provides financial support to members of the armed forces and those who have left the service within the past five years.

ELCAS has approved all of our CQI and IRCA certified Lead Auditor training courses and Auditor Conversion training courses, as well as a number of IEMA courses and certified lean six sigma events.

Yes, there are rules about what you are allowed to bring into the exam and how you should conduct yourself during the exam. These are detailed in the instructions you receive from CQI and IRCA, and it is really important that you read and adhere to these, as failure to comply could result in your disqualification.

Internal Auditor training enables you to undertake audits within your organisation. Internal auditor training courses are generally 2 days in length.

Lead Auditor training enables you to undertake 1st party (internal within your organisation), 2nd party (supplier) and 3rd party (certification body) audits. Lead Auditor training takes places over 5 days (40 hours CPD).

We offer a wide selection of internal auditor training and CQI and IRCA lead auditor training courses across a range of management standards including ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Delegates are recommended to have prior knowledge of the standard, for example ISO 9001, before undertaking an Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor course.
