ISO 22301 Internal Auditor Training Course | 2 days

This course is suitable for those involved in managing and monitoring an organisation’s business continuity management system, as well as those carrying out internal audits against ISO 22301:2019.

We recommend that delegates with little or no knowledge of ISO 22301 first attend our Understanding ISO 22301 Business Continuity training course, delivered the day before the internal auditor training course.

Understanding ISO 22301 Business Continuity Training Course | 1 day

This course is an excellent introduction for those who would like to understand the relevance of business continuity management to their organisation and the requirements of ISO 22301.

The course is a recommended starting point for those with little knowledge of the standard who wish to progress onto ISO 22301 internal auditor training.

ISO 31000 Risk Management Fundamentals Training Course | 1 day

This course explains the framework of risk management and its effective application within an organisation. It is suitable for anyone wishing to understand the benefits and implementation of ISO 31000.

As well as the concepts and tools for implementing risk management, delegates learn how to determine an organisation’s attitude to risk, and how risk management relates to other management issues such as crisis management and business continuity.
