In today’s world of hybrid working, organisations and their employees expect to choose how and where they participate in training courses.

To meet that need, we now run our extensive and highly popular range of business training courses online in our Virtual Classroom as well as in physical locations across the UK.

Virtual Classroom training enables delegates to take part in our training courses without leaving their office or home, often saving time and travel costs.

As a delegate in our tutor-led Virtual Classroom you will follow the same curriculum and achieve the same outcomes as you would if you attended one of our scheduled courses in a physical location.

Because all our online training is live rather than pre-recorded, we are able to keep the emphasis on interactivity, including breakout sessions, case studies, workgroups and discussions with the tutors. We limit the size of each class to maximise that delegate engagement.

You will join us in the class using the popular and easy-to-use Zoom technology. Zoom gives us the opportunity to share features with you such as:

  • screen sharing PowerPoint slides and relevant course materials
  • breakout rooms for workshops, case studies and role plays
  • annotating the whiteboard during interactive sessions
  • sending files and messages via the Zoom chat function

All you need to participate is a laptop, desktop PC or tablet* with a fast and stable internet connection, plus a webcam, microphone and audio.  Earphones or headset work well.

Zoom’s user-friendly interface means you do not need previous experience to join the class. If you would like to try the platform before training commences, please contact us and we will be happy to set up a test call with you.

*Please note that anyone taking our Lead Auditor and Auditor Conversion exams will need a laptop or desktop PC, and not a tablet.

All our scheduled and dedicated Virtual Classroom training courses are certified in the same way as our venue-based training courses, with delegates receiving a certificate upon completion.

In addition, as an Approved Training Partner for many leading professional bodies, we offer Virtual Classroom training courses certified by organisations such as CQI and IRCAIEMAIOSHRSS and QuEST Forum.

All our training courses are available on a dedicated basis specifically for your organisation. For example, while our recommended online delivery method is Zoom, we can provide dedicated training on your preferred videoconferencing platform, including Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business.
