Yes, we are delighted that professional bodies such as RSS, IEMA, IOSH and CQI & IRCA have approved all our existing certified courses for Virtual Classroom delivery.

You will receive a certificate after you complete your course.

Different governments may place different requirements upon organisations. However, the principles of carbon footprinting remain the same and delegates globally can therefore benefit from attending this course.

We will give you full course documentation, complete with plenty of space to make notes. You can take your course book back to use as a reference as you start to apply your learning. Past delegates have fed back positively on our course handouts, commenting that:

Bywater is an Approved Training Partner (ATP) for the quality management professional institution, CQI and IRCA. That means we have to adhere to strict guidelines about the way we work, how we deliver training, and the certified courses that we offer.

Not only does an ATP have to pass an initial approval process, but they are then audited every two years to ensure they are both meeting requirements for delivery and continually striving to improve in every area.

This continual monitoring ensures that the CQI and IRCA is satisfied that we are delivering the highest level of learning and service to our customers.

The CQI does offer what it calls ‘reasonable adjustment’ in certain circumstances. You will need to tell us as soon as possible and well in advance of your exam if you feel you need extra support or time to take the exam due to a physical or learning disability, or if you require a female CQI and IRCA member of staff to review your proctoring video recording for religious reasons.

If English is not your first language but you are taking the exam in English, you may be eligible for an extra 30 minutes to complete the questions. Contact us to discuss.

No. ISO 9001:2008 certification is no longer valid. The transition period to move from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 ended in September 2018. If your organisation wishes to be compliant with the current standard and be able to advertise itself as compliant, it will need to apply for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
