Yes, every delegate will receive a training course folder to use alongside the teaching, and make notes as you wish. This is your folder and you can take it away at the end of the course to provide a valuable reminder of all you have learned.

For those who want to start learning practical Lean skills straight away, this Lean Practitioner training course is the right course for you.

In either case, if you have a number of people who would benefit from Lean training, then we do offer dedicated training, which can be arranged just for your organisation at a time and place to suit you.  Do contact us to discuss your needs.

You will need a laptop or desktop computer with camera, headphones and microphone, and a good internet connection to participate in the training. We use Zoom as our communication platform, which is straightforward to set up. We recommend that you test your equipment well before the class so there is less likelihood of problems on the day.

We will send you course notes in advance, which you can use to follow the class, make your own notes, and retain as a valuable reminder as you start to apply your new skills in your work role.

You may also find it useful to have a copy of the standard to hand.

Yes, everyone who attends and participates in this training course will receive a Bywater Certificate of Completion.

Those who pass the accompanying exam will instead receive a Certificate of Achievement.

You will receive a Bywater Certificate of Completion at the end of the course provided you have attended all the sessions.

If you successfully pass the continuing assessment of your participation during the course, you will instead receive a Certificate of Achievement.

Your certificate will be sent to you after the course and will be available for you to share with colleagues, add to your CV, and upload to platforms such as LinkedIn.
