ResetPleasantly surprised with how well the virtual classroom worked
Normally I prefer to do training courses in person as I feel the conversation flows better and the course tends to be more dynamic. However, in this instance I was pleasantly surprised with how well David made it feel that we were all in the room together. It didn’t feel stilted or impersonal at all, and I think this is entirely down to how well David communicated with us throughout the day.

Keith was incredible, made everything so easy to understand and really brought the topics to life. What could have been a real mundane course, was the complete opposite. Especially with it being virtual, he really made sure everyone was engaging and could have their say.

The interactivity was great, the use of breakout rooms worked well and the tutor managed the virtual environment well, encouraging everyone to keep their cameras on where possible and giving everyone time to speak.

Break out rooms and interactive nature of the course worked really well and allowed us to practice the theory as we went along.
