Yes, if you have attended the course in full you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Your certificate is your opportunity to update your CV and LinkedIn profile as well as demonstrate to your colleagues and managers your continuing drive to enhance your skill set.

The course is equivalent to 14 hours of CPD.

No, anyone who is interested in developing complementary management systems in an organisation, looking at quality, environment and/or health & safety, will find value in this course. The course looks at the requirements of the individual ISO standards, what they have in common, and how an organisation can approach integrating their management.

It also focuses on a general understanding of the benefits and considerations around business management systems. If you wish to learn more auditing, we do offer an Integrated Management Systems Auditor training course.

You will need a laptop or desktop computer with a camera, headset and microphone, and a stable internet connection. We use Zoom to run our courses, which is an easy-to-use platform that works well for interactive training. You will receive a link to the Virtual Classroom in good time before the course starts to should ensure that your equipment and connections are working well. You are expected to have some knowledge of the requirements of ISO 27001 to make the most of this training course.

If you have little or no knowledge in this field, you may like to attend our 1-day Introduction to ISO 27001 training course first. If you book the 2 courses together you will be eligible for a £100 discount.

We offer the Contract Management Fundamentals training course on a dedicated basis, delivered solely for the benefit of your organisation. You can choose a convenient date, and we can deliver in person at your offices or at an external venue, or remotely in our Virtual Classroom.

As with all our training courses, we believe that the best way to learn is in an interactive environment where delegates can share their learning and questions in workshops and discussion with the tutor and other delegates.

On this course you will apply risk management techniques within a case study to consider how to identify risk and how to manage it.

The Bywater Introduction to ISO 9001:2015 course provides a good grounding for anyone interested in the role of quality management systems and requirements of ISO 9001. It also offers a valuable foundation for those who wish to learn how to apply their knowledge to auditing. Delegates completing the course will receive a Bywater Certificate of Attendance.

Aspiring auditors can then progress from this course onto our CQI and IRCA certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor training courses. Here they will learn practical skills and will be required to demonstrate their new knowledge by passing an approved exam at the end of the course. Their success will be acknowledged with a globally recognised and career-enhancing Certificate of Achievement.

Yes, you will receive a certificate after completing this 1-day course, demonstrating that you have gained extended knowledge in the field of waste management. The course is also valued at 7 hours for your CPD.

The tutor combines classroom instruction with plenty of examples from real-life experience, and a commitment to open discussion among delegates.

As the professional body that certifies this course, the CQI and IRCA has stated that it expects delegates to already have some knowledge of the requirements of ISO 27001. This includes requirements of the standard; the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle; and core elements of a management system.

We do have a short quiz that you can take to check your knowledge.
