As an established and certified training provider, we offer a training path for those who are interested in auditing. We provide lead auditor and internal auditor courses against a wide range of standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001. We can also help you extend your knowledge into areas such as business improvement and leadership.

You can choose to train at one of our venues across the UK, or join us in our Virtual Classroom. Whether face-to-face or online, we focus on live, interactive training, to give you the best opportunity to learn through working with our experienced tutors through discussions, workshops and case studies.

If you have already completed lead auditor training in another discipline, then you will meet the training requirements for registration as a CQI and IRCA OH&SMS auditor upon successful completion of this course. You will receive a certificate which provides evidence of your enhanced skill set.

The 3-day course is also equivalent to 24 hours of CPD.

You will need a laptop or desktop computer with a camera, headset and microphone, and a stable internet connection. We use Zoom to run our courses, which is an easy-to-use platform that works well for interactive training. You will receive a link to the Virtual Classroom in good time before the course starts to should ensure that your equipment and connections are working well. We offer the Contract Management Fundamentals training course on a dedicated basis, delivered solely for the benefit of your organisation. You can choose a convenient date, and we can deliver in person at your offices or at an external venue, or remotely in our Virtual Classroom.

Yes, you will receive a certificate after completing this 1-day course, demonstrating that you have gained extended knowledge in the field of waste management. The course is also valued at 7 hours for your CPD.

The Bywater Introduction to ISO 9001:2015 course provides a good grounding for anyone interested in the role of quality management systems and requirements of ISO 9001. It also offers a valuable foundation for those who wish to learn how to apply their knowledge to auditing. Delegates completing the course will receive a Bywater Certificate of Attendance.

Aspiring auditors can then progress from this course onto our CQI and IRCA certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor training courses. Here they will learn practical skills and will be required to demonstrate their new knowledge by passing an approved exam at the end of the course. Their success will be acknowledged with a globally recognised and career-enhancing Certificate of Achievement.

The aim of the course is to give delegates practical tools and techniques for improved professional management of the negotiation and contractual process with suppliers. The tutor combines classroom instruction with plenty of examples from real-life experience, and a commitment to open discussion among delegates.

As the professional body that certifies this course, the CQI and IRCA has stated that it expects delegates to already have some knowledge of the requirements of ISO 27001. This includes requirements of the standard; the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle; and core elements of a management system.

We do have a short quiz that you can take to check your knowledge.

If you do not feel confident that you have sufficient knowledge, but do want to train as a lead auditor, you could first attend our Introduction to ISO 27001 training course. This course is designed to give you the knowledge you need to then attend this lead auditor course. Book both courses together and you can receive a £100 discount.

Yes, if you have attended the course in full you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Your certificate is your opportunity to update your CV and LinkedIn profile as well as demonstrate to your colleagues and managers your continuing drive to enhance your skill set.

The course is equivalent to 14 hours of CPD.

Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion after the course, provided you were able to attend both days and once all invoices have been settled.
