This 5 day interactive and practical QuEST sanctioned TL 9000 Quality Management System Auditing course is structured to bridge the gap between ISO 9001 and TL 9000 from the perspective of an auditor. All delegates must have completed the TL 9000 R6.3 Requirements course and the TL 9000 R5.7 Measurements overview (and Registrar auditors must also complete the associated examinations for each).
Upon completion of the course, delegates will be able to audit the specific requirements and measurements of TL 9000 and verify their effective implementation.
- Introduction to the QuEST Forum and its purpose.
- Overview of TL 9000 and its relationship to ISO 9001
- Methods to determine effective implementation and use of the requirements and measurements handbooks
- Specific auditing requirements beyond ISO 9001
- Exam to demonstrate ability to apply knowledge and determine comprehension
- Sources of information and further development
Prior knowledge of ISO 9001 is strongly recommended and all attendees are required to have previous quality management auditing experience or previous ISO 9001 auditor training.
