This 1 day practical workshop is designed to provide delegates with an overview of the TL 9000 metrics set, based on the additional TL 9000 requirements. Delivered in-house, this workshop is specifically customised to the needs of the organisation and will provide delegates with the foundation knowledge to develop and implement a metrics programme.
- Introduction to the QuEST Forum and its purpose.
- Overview of TL 9000 and the relevance of it to specific business activities.
- Its relationship to ISO 9001 and the additional requirements of TL 9000
- Overview of the metrics set and a review of those applicable to specific activities.
- Implementation of a metrics programme, including data submission as part of the QuEST requirements.
- Sources of information and further development
A prior knowledge of ISO 9001 is strongly recommended.
- Those who will be directly or indirectly involved in the implementation of TL 9000
- Personnel who may be audited by internal or external auditors.
By the end of this TL 9000 Metrics workshop, delegates will be able to:
- Interpret the basic requirements of TL 9000 and how to apply the measurement processes.
- Review the metrics applicable to their organisation’s activities.
