Customer Reviews
Our customers are our best advocates, and our most honest critics. That is why we invite every delegate to provide feedback after a course. We read all the reviews and use the net promotor score (NPS) approach for measuring customer experience to identify the most important positives and negatives.
We then act on those comments to achieve continuous improvement in our training and retain our place as the UK's leading independent business training provider.
Here you can read feedback from delegates who have attended courses across the spectrum of our course programme, including training around ISO standards-based management systems, business improvement, procurement, contract management and environmental sustainability.

ResetTutor answered everyone's questions - no matter how niche
The tutor was very engaging and made the course informative as well as fun. She answered everyone’s questions – no matter how niche the area was. Additionally, the tutor also allowed us to have a go at answering peoples questions within the group before sharing the correct answer – this allowed me to learn so much more as my brain was actively participating. |

Real world examples highlighted the usage of ISO 17025 in my work environment
The real world examples given to us by our tutor Tim really highlighted the usage of quality in my work environment. It was like a great epiphany where concepts I vaguely understood and already applied were brought together in a cohesive unit, ISO 17025. |

Surprised by how much I was able to learn
I was going in with expectations that it might be too much for me to take in but it was so well explained, I was surprised by how much I was able to learn in that time. |

Tutor was very good at keeping the course interesting
Measurement of Uncertainty can be a bit dry when learning based on the amount of stats involved, but the tutor was very good in explaining and keeping the course interesting. He was able to manage the virtual classroom well and also the breakout rooms which was a first for me on a training course. |
