We offer the Contract Management Fundamentals training course on a dedicated basis, delivered solely for the benefit of your organisation. You can choose a convenient date, and we can deliver in person at your offices or at an external venue, or remotely in our Virtual Classroom.

You are expected to have some knowledge of the requirements of ISO 27001 to make the most of this training course.

If you have little or no knowledge in this field, you may like to attend our 1-day Introduction to ISO 27001 training course first. If you book the 2 courses together you will be eligible for a £100 discount.

We run this 1-day course at venues across the UK and online in our global Virtual Classroom. It can also be delivered exclusively for your business on an in-company basis.

Bywater process mapping training is led by one of our expert tutors, who is available in real time to guide and answer questions as the course progresses. Because we limit class sizes, everyone gets the opportunity to be part of the discussion.

We run this course in our Virtual Classroom, enabling delegates to join us from around the world. The course is live and interactive, ensuring attendees have the opportunity to join discussions and ask questions of the tutor.

All you need to join the course is a stable internet connection, headphones, microphone and a camera. We run the course on the popular and easy-to-use Zoom platform.

As well offering this as a scheduled public course where employees from a range of organisations can share ideas and information, we do also offer dedicated training for a single organisation. We can run this in the Virtual Classroom or face-to-face in a location of your choice. This may be the right option for you if you have several employees to train.

No, this course includes our ISO 14001 Internal Auditor training course, so you will be given an understanding of the knowledge and practical skills involved in auditing your own organisation’s environmental management system against ISO 14001.

Yes. This course will introduce you to the concept of energy management systems and ISO 50001. You will then learn how internal auditing skills can be applied to monitoring and improving the effectiveness of your organisation’s EnMS. You will be able to build on your current expertise to extract the greatest value from this training course.
