A virtual classroom with as many participants is highly dependent on a tutor that is able to observe and adapt to ensure each participant is seen and included for the course to be a success. Our tutor Steve, has a brilliant ability to read each individual and adapt his approach to us in a manner that created a high level of psychological safety.

Course covered more than expected
The conveying of knowledge and experience by our tutor was excellent. It wasn’t just an understanding of auditing and ISO 14001 I received but also how to conduct myself in an audit and how to manage different circumstances.

Enriching learning experience
I was initially unsure how engaging an online training environment could be, but the interaction between the tutor and delegates was excellent. The tutor not only shared their knowledge and experience but also facilitated meaningful discussions.
