Customer Reviews
Our customers are our best advocates, and our most honest critics. That is why we invite every delegate to provide feedback after a course. We read all the reviews and use the net promotor score (NPS) approach for measuring customer experience to identify the most important positives and negatives.
We then act on those comments to achieve continuous improvement in our training and retain our place as the UK's leading independent business training provider.
Here you can read feedback from delegates who have attended courses across the spectrum of our course programme, including training around ISO standards-based management systems, business improvement, procurement, contract management and environmental sustainability.

ResetAmazing course delivery
I ended up doing a virtual course due to the pandemic and was unsure if it is best to wait….the teacher was amazing with her delivery and the class was small enough that we could ask questions and have a personal experience.

Delivered very well
I wasn’t sure what to expect but found the course content and delivery very good and it will prove to be useful for me in the future. I was unsure how well Zoom would work but Tim’s knowledge and classroom content was delivered across zoom very well and he overcame the odd mishap in zoom.
Thames Water Utilities Ltd
Good source of industry based knowledge
I was not sure how the course would feel virtually, but it was very good and the tutor was a very good source of industry based knowledge.
Science and Advice For Scottish Agriculture (SASA)
Exceptional
I was concerned about having a whole week on Zoom and that I wouldn’t enjoy it, or be able to learn from that way of learning, however the tutor’s knowledge was exceptional and engaging. The course exceeded my expectations.

As good as face-to-face training
I thought it would be more challenging in a virtual classroom but I feel it was just as good as a face-to-face environment.
Travis Perkins Plc
Good team exercises
It ran smoothly and was a lot less awkward than other virtual classroom settings. The team exercises worked well with the breakout rooms as well.
