Terminology explained in an impressively comprehensive manner
Have attended several environmental courses and I have never had a tutor explaining terminology in such a human comprehensive manner.

Great course content and training materials
The course covered everything I needed to learn about ISO 14001 auditing. The training material in form of a book also had great notes. I enjoyed the role playing exercise as it challenged you to step out comfort zone whilst also learning.
