The course was made very fun and engaging with lots of questions and good discussions happening. This far exceeded my expectations as I’ve had virtual classrooms before where the tutor just reads off slides and doesn’t engage with the group.

Often virtual training delivery can be less informative and engaging than in person training however the way this was presented and opportunities to have open discussion even virtually was really good and useful.

Engaging delivery transformed the course material
David was very engaging particularly during the practice audit. Just made all the course material interesting and engaging which is difficult. Enjoyed that he wanted participate from everyone and was very open to hearing everyone’s interpretations of the scenarios.
