Now know what good training looks like
The tutor was exceptional. She was highly professional, with great delivery and teaching style the gold standard, really great trainer. Even though people from 3 different UK nations were present, she was able to give us the correct specific legislation and tell us about all the variation between nations. She was welcoming, positive, happy to accommodate and tailor teaching based on who was in the room. All in all gold star course, trainer and training company I now know what good training looks like.
