This is the first virtual course I have attended. I don’t believe having a virtual course hinders the learning at all and use of the break out rooms on Zoom was a great feature for group work.

The Tutor was very knowledgeable and experienced in the delivery of the course. The break out sessions was very good and help during these sessions was also helpful. The communication with Bywater was very good also. I thought that there would be too many candidates on the course and that we wont have much interaction. The number was just right and therefore I had a much better learning experience.
