I was very sceptical about doing a 3 day training course via Teams, thinking that the learning would be compromised. However I found that I was engaged more so and had a better overall experience. The Tutor went above and beyond to make sure everyone was Included and engaged. I cannot fault any of the course delivery, it was an outstanding experience.

Having completed a Bywater course before (intro to 9001) I knew that the provided materials and the tutor would be top notch, and I wasn’t disappointed at all. I was a little apprehensive about the online aspect of the course before I started.
