I didn’t really know what to expect, as this was my first virtual classroom training experience. However, the quality of the training was excellent, the tutor was very knowledgeable and was great at engaging everyone on the course. I was dreading the role play sections, but this turned out to be one of the most rewarding parts of the course

The Tutor’s delivery, knowledge of and applying things to real situations and managing a virtual classroom were exceptional. The booking was made on a Saturday night. One call at 08.30am, a few texts and everything was sorted out and I was on the course at 09:00am Monday! Superb!
