The tutor was enthusiastic, positive and thorough, ensuring that each participant was confident before moving on. He ensured that I was motivated throughout the course and gave us opportunities to guide our own learning, which I found extremely beneficial. He lead with practical case studies and activities, which meant that we understood the theory and how it relates to our own sectors. His knowledge and experience gave us confidence and an excellent experience. I would also like to comment on the excellent venue, which definitely made the experience more enjoyable.
