Excellent and easily-applicable course
The incident investigation process developed by Bywater can be easily applied. It has a good structure to it that one can easily recall without having to go back to the coursebook. The tutor was also excellent, hence it was easy to understand and follow the course. The generosity of the tutor was fantastic.
