As a lecturer myself, who has had to teach in virtual environments, I felt the tutor’s ability to keep interest and engagement was outstanding. Especially so on such a complex and not necessarily exciting topic like ISO 14001. I was able to absorb and learned an amazing amount of information in a short space of time.
