This was my first training course during the pandemic undertaken remotely via webcam. I initially thought that it would be hard to maintain being engaged and focused outside of a classroom environment. The tutor was able to use the technology to the best of his abilities to keep all attendees interested for the entirety of the course.

Extremely good examples & exercises
After having the privilege to attend this course, I was able to apply what I learnt to my current work with much more ease and understanding of what was expected of me. I have been on similar courses before and none went in as much depth as this one did. I think the examples and exercises which were appointed to us were extremely good at getting us to work with the Standard ISO 17020 and how to apply certain sections to our audits. I think these kind of examples are what have been missing from a lot of courses and I was very pleased to see this on this course. It helped my understanding a lot. Our tutor was one of the very best I have come across. He was very open to questions and I believe he was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I felt that he genuinely wanted us all to get the most out of this course. Due to this being an online virtual course, he was very patient and friendly with us all making us feel immersed in the course.
