Customer Reviews
Our customers are our best advocates, and our most honest critics. That is why we invite every delegate to provide feedback after a course. We read all the reviews and use the net promotor score (NPS) approach for measuring customer experience to identify the most important positives and negatives.
We then act on those comments to achieve continuous improvement in our training and retain our place as the UK's leading independent business training provider.
Here you can read feedback from delegates who have attended courses across the spectrum of our course programme, including training around ISO standards-based management systems, business improvement, procurement, contract management and environmental sustainability.

Expanding your professional network
I really enjoyed the course, and I found the virtual classroom setting and the instructions etc spot on. The best part of such courses is the opportunity to meet with people from other industries and as a bonus expanding your professional network. I also thoroughly enjoyed our course tutor, and he had a wealth of highly relevant experience to share with the ‘class’ and maintained a good atmosphere throughout.

Best tutor
I wasn’t expecting to have one of your best tutors running the online course.

Suited all attendees
A great tutor who explained things to suit all attendees of the course. I would definitely consider another course with how well the remote platform suited other commitments.

Engaging
Tutor was engaging, it is hard to maintain everyone’s interest online. I felt the Tutor did this very well.

Interesting
This was my first training course during the pandemic undertaken remotely via webcam. I initially thought that it would be hard to maintain being engaged and focused outside of a classroom environment. The tutor was able to use the technology to the best of his abilities to keep all attendees interested for the entirety of the course.
