The tutor kept the course engaging and how he delivered the course, interacted and explained everything throughout was excellent. In all my previous training courses throughout the years this one was the best more so due to how the tutor delivered the course to us all.

Complex concepts explained simply
ISO 9001 can be in places quite a dry subject, but our instructor was brilliant, the way he taught was really good some knowledge then some activities, he explained complex things easily and he was really approachable.
