Tutor made sure we fully grasped the course content
I have had other courses where I came away feeling like I hadn’t fully grasped what the course was supposed to teach me, but Paul made sure we all understood and also used additional resources to help explain the more difficult aspects too which was incredibly helpful.

Prior to the training, I wasn’t sure how we would even start working towards the certification. The tutor was excellent and having gone through each clause in detail, applying each to our current way of working, I came away feeling we were much more prepared for certification than expected.

Real life examples really helped to demonstrate the learnings
Usually these kind of courses are very general in nature, but this course actually took a real life personal example and demonstrated the learnings on that. It made it very easy to then extrapolate. It also helped that the tutor was very engaging and had a lot of real life experience in the area.
