Mel was an excellent tutor. She gauged the different levels of the students abilities from the start and was able to steer the course so everyone remained fully engaged. She was patient and attentive to each individual. In my view, she ran it exceptionally well.

Well prepared to put the training into practice
As we had already received training from the Tutor in a previous course, I knew that he was very good, but my main concern had been whether I would be able to gain the knowledge to feel confident in putting this into practice.
