Course materials were very helpful. Tutor was great, very helpful and approachable. Virtual classroom worked well. Good number of people on the course, not too many people therefore everyone has more chance of input.

Great mix of listening and interacting
Karen was great, she explained everything thoroughly and the course was a great mix of listening and interacting, there was a good amount of breaks as the learning can be quite intense. Karen was also great at noticing if/when I wasn’t 100% sure on things or following along and made sure she gave extra help and support where needed.
