This ISO 45001 Auditor Conversion training course is specifically designed for people who are already lead auditors in another ISO discipline and now wish to extend their skills to auditing an OH&S management system against ISO 45001.

It is therefore important that you have understanding and experience as a lead auditor before embarking on this course.

We also recommend that you have at least a basic understanding of the ISO 45001 standard. If you feel you need more knowledge, you may like to first book onto our Introduction to ISO 45001:2018 training course.

The Fundamentals of Auditing training course explains the role of the auditor generically, without referring to any specific standard. For those who do then want to focus on auditing against a particular standard, we offer a range of certified Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor courses that will give delegates deeper understanding and practical skills.

This course offers insights for both those who are experienced auditors and those who are new to auditing.

If you are already an auditor, manage an audit programme, or want to understand how remote auditing might work in your organisation, then this course can enhance your knowledge and skills base.

If you are new to auditing, then the remote auditing course can create a valuable extension to your traditional lead and/or internal auditor training.

Mental health at work is now being recognised as a subject that organisations should take very seriously, with many employees reporting levels of anxiety and even depression.

ISO 45003 looks specifically at how organisations can improve and manage mental well-being at work, and complements ISO 45001 and its wider OH&S considerations.

If managers, auditors and other stakeholders can appreciate how to identify and address factors that may be having a negative impact on mental health, they will have the tools to improve employee satisfaction, reduce staff turnover, and ultimately increase productivity. This course will give them that knowledge.

This ISO 14001 Lead Auditor course is CQI and IRCA certified and IEMA certified.

CQI and IRCA stands for Chartered Quality Institute and International Register of Certificated Auditors. Organisations around the world recognise the value of using management systems to control business risk and contribute value. They rely on skilled professionals to assess the performance of their management practices to enhance efficiency and credibility.

IEMA stands for Institute for Environmental Management & Assessment and its role is to support individuals and organisations to set, recognise and achieve global sustainability standards and practice.

The IEMA Environmental Sustainability for Workforce training course is designed to give you a window into the world of environmental sustainability, whatever your role within your organisation. In just 1 day you will learn how you can make changes to benefit employees, customers and other stakeholders. You will leave the course with an understanding of drivers and trends, risks and opportunities, and requirements for compliance. You will also receive an IEMA certificate as evidence of your new knowledge.

On this course you will learn about the key principles of a QMS and how implementing a system will benefit your business. Our expert tutors will explain the techniques, such as gap analysis and process maps, that you can use to maximise success and minimise risk, and how to support a QMS based on ISO 9001 after implementation. Because we take a very practical approach to training, you will leave the course ready to apply your learning to implementing a QMS in a real-life situation.

The content and approach of the course means that it is of value to managers and other interested parties, as well as those who will actually be carrying out the implementation.
