Before and during the course FAQs
Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance as evidence that you have gained the knowledge to perform an internal OH&S audit based on ISO 45001, and that this knowledge enables you to help assess the efficiency and support the improvement of your organisation’s management system.
By adding your certificate to your CV and LinkedIn, for example, you can highlight your new skills with a view to career progression.
This Lean Basics course is designed to give an overview of Lean to people and organisations who are new to the concept. It will help potential stakeholders understand what Lean is and the benefits and barriers of its implementation.
The knowledge gained can give attendees an opportunity to understand and evaluate what Lean could mean for their organisation, supporting informed decision-making.
We welcome delegates from any size of business, from small consultancies to global corporations. The knowledge shared on our training courses is suitable for anyone interested in improving their own skills and contributing to continuing improvement within their businesses.
We offer a range of complementary ISO 14001 training courses that enable you to extend your EMS auditing skills, learn to implement an EMS, and focus on specific areas of environmental policy. These include waste management and carbon management, as well as sustainability skills for both the workforce and managers.
We do not offer recordings of our training courses for a number of reasons.
Bywater training courses are highly interactive, and we strongly believe that delegates make the most out of their training days by participating in the discussion groups, role plays, and questions and answers with the tutors.
In addition, if you do not attend all of the course, you will not be able to receive your certificate of attendance, which is evidence of your commitment and achievement, and which many delegates share with their colleagues and on LinkedIn, for example.
If you do miss part of the course, contact Bywater to discuss how to complete the training.
Success is achieved through a combination of continuous assessment during the course and an exam. During the training course your tutor will be monitoring your participation and understanding to ensure you can make the most of your training.
You will then take the exam in your own time, but within 30 days from the end of the course. Practice questions and the exam itself are available on a portal supported by a 3rd party. You will be given full instructions on how to log in and answer the multiple choice questions and we will help you to understand how to approach the exam and its various styles of questions.
Your successful completion will culminate in a certificate to provide evidence of your newly acquired skills.
A wide range of government and private organisations have trained with us on the ISO 17025 Internal Auditor training course.

We recommend that you also bring your own tools for noting further useful information that comes out of discussion and workshops with fellow delegates and the course tutor. We do not record training sessions for solo viewing as we believe that the interactive element is essential to your learning experience.
