Valuable role play and brilliant tutor
It was really valuable to have the experience of the role play – this was much more valuable than I thought it would be. Both in terms of putting together a checklist but also having to think very quickly when interviewing. The fact that we were a bigger group was great here as we got to observe lots of others. Karen was a brilliant tutor, she was really good at giving lots of examples and suggestions, explaining things well.
