Been on other ISO 9001 courses before and the one provided by Bywater was better
I have been on other ISO 9001 courses before and the one provided by Bywater was better and easier to understand. The workshops are a big help to understand how to apply what we learnt.

The way we were taught was brilliant
I found the course content really good. The way we were taught was brilliant too. It was good to have such a variety of learning methods and was great we were put first into small and then bigger groups. That way, we could learn about others and it gave the opportunity to input rather than just sit and listen.

The tutor was very engaging and kept us all interested. As I did the introduction course and the ISO 9001 course, it was split over several days, so it was good that the tutor was able to keep us all interested and focused.
