The tutor was very engaging and kept us all interested. As I did the introduction course and the ISO 9001 course, it was split over several days, so it was good that the tutor was able to keep us all interested and focused. There was a lot of information to take in and I feel like he helped me learn. I would highly recommend Bywater for training courses.
