| The tutor was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, especially when it came to the exam which I was very worried about. Even though the days were long and there was a lot of information to take in, I really enjoyed the course. I appreciated being able to learn in a group rather than online, I met some great people. I couldn’t fault the course content, the venue location, training room and lunch/refreshments. |

Been on other ISO 9001 courses before and the one provided by Bywater was better
I have been on other ISO 9001 courses before and the one provided by Bywater was better and easier to understand. The workshops are a big help to understand how to apply what we learnt.

The tutor was very engaging and kept us all interested. As I did the introduction course and the ISO 9001 course, it was split over several days, so it was good that the tutor was able to keep us all interested and focused.
