The tutor was excellent – very responsive, listened well, encouraged participants and never once made anyone feel they got it wrong if an incorrect not quite correct answer given. Also, the Virtual Classroom experience could have felt cumbersome, but it did not thanks to frequent breaks, group and small breakout session mix, presentation of theory and interactive mix. Going through exam questions each day after attempting them the previous evening was very helpful.
