The course was put across in a very good manner, I learnt a lot from the way the tutor explained the information which will allow me to put what I learnt into practice. The Tutor was great especially on day 2, the role play workshop was brilliant.

Exercises and workshops added to whole experience
The tutor really knew the subject and got across a large amount of information through the week. He also did very well with running the exercises, workshops and role plays which added to the whole experience and made learning easier and fun.

Often these courses can become disengaging, but John kept the group engaged throughout and the application method for solidifying learning was spot on, it’s the only role play that I have felt comfortable in and actually helps with the course.

The tutor was very engaging and used different ways and different materials to teach. Related it to real lift situations and own experiences. He also asked us questions individually to recap and clarify that we understood. The pace was quite quick which was good.
