I am extremely happy with the course. I am applying my learning this week to maintain our newly achieved 45001 certification. The tutor was knowledgeable, gave real life examples, supported when something wasn’t quite understood, and had the whole group participating from day 1. Course content was ideal and has been extremely helpful with improving my knowledge and understanding. Very happy and already looking at other courses.

Seamless virtual classroom experience
The tutor was excellent – very responsive, listened well, encouraged participants and never once made anyone feel they got it wrong if an incorrect not quite correct answer given. Also, the Virtual Classroom experience could have felt cumbersome, but it did not thanks to frequent breaks, group and small breakout session mix, presentation of theory and interactive mix. Going through exam questions each day after attempting them the previous evening was very helpful.
