I had a preconception that this course was purely going to make me a better auditor when conducting internal audits however, it also made me think about another site where I have implemented Health & Safety and the things that have slipped through the cracks among all the other processes and policies I have implemented. The extra course material and tools provided are also really helpful, especially the gap analysis tool, as I am due to conduct a gap analysis on the site, so I think this is going to be really helpful in identifying gaps.
