Elaine delivered the ISO 13485 internal auditing training with a high level of expertise and clarity. She was engaging throughout and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the subject matter. She effectively tailored the session to accommodate the diverse experience levels within the group, from junior staff to senior management. I was very apprehensive regarding online training, particularly as I was attending the introduction and internal auditor courses back to back. The tutor, Zoe, was excellent at keeping us engaged, allocating regular screen breaks and involving everyone in the class.
