All in all a very good course
It all worked very well. The pre-course admin, of emails and sending the hard copy materials to me was well timed and smooth. The IT worked faultlessly for me. The tutor was personable and extremely knowledgeable, he is a very good speaker and delivered the content well, personalising examples to suit our business areas. I feel the 10 min breaks were perfect to keep us focused and actually made the course flow very well. All in all, very good course.
