I have never found a tutor so engaging whilst on a course. Keith was brilliant and supportive. He ensured everyone was on the same page and understood what he was explaining and considering people had flown in from different countries for this course and were doing it in a second language, I think that deserves a lot of credit.

Useful exercises and tools to apply the learning

Well prepared to put the training into practice
As we had already received training from the Tutor in a previous course, I knew that he was very good, but my main concern had been whether I would be able to gain the knowledge to feel confident in putting this into practice.
