Liz is very knowledgeable and took all questions respectfully and answered them all to a high standard. She also was diplomatic if attendees did not give her the exact answer she was looking for when quizzing on knowledge and retention. A talented and approachable teacher who I was glad I had for both courses.

I was not looking forward to doing the course online as I thought it would be looking at a screen for 2 days. It turned out that throughout the course there were plenty of interactive activities and the use of breakout rooms was very good.
