| My only initial knowledge on ISO 9001 was gained on the introduction one day course the previous day. On conclusion of the internal audit course I was really pleased at my understanding of the audit process/purpose and the confidence I felt to carrying out an audit with reference to the standard. The tutor used a lot of their own experiences and real life examples, which really helped with understanding and making points memorable. |
