| I have been on a course led by our tutor Alan before, which I thoroughly enjoyed, so it was great to be on another! Alan is extremely knowledge on the subject of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and anything else that relates to this, and was able to apply his knowledge well to answer any questions people had. He also made sure to ask us questions to ensure that we were understanding the content, and spread the questions out equally amongst the delegates on the course. |
