Before and during the course FAQs

We offer residential and non-residential options for training courses. This allows delegates to choose the option that best suits their requirements according to location of the course, evening work required, travel time or cost.

Residential option

This provides the delegate with overnight accommodation each night of the training course (apart from the final day) and includes breakfast and lunch. There is also the option to book an extra night the day before the course starts at an additional cost.

Non-residential option

This allows the delegate to travel into the venue each day, lunch and refreshments are included.

The Fundamentals of Auditing training course explains the role of the auditor generically, without referring to any specific standard. For those who do then want to focus on auditing against a particular standard, we offer a range of certified Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor courses that will give delegates deeper understanding and practical skills.

This course offers insights for both those who are experienced auditors and those who are new to auditing.

If you are already an auditor, manage an audit programme, or want to understand how remote auditing might work in your organisation, then this course can enhance your knowledge and skills base.

Internal Auditor training for ISO 45001 enables you to undertake audits within your organisation. This ISO 45001 Internal Auditor training course takes place over 2 days, and is available at our UK-wide venues and online in our Virtual Classroom. It is equivalent to 14 hrs CPD.

Lead Auditor training enables you to undertake 1st party (internal within your organisation), 2nd party (supplier) and 3rd party (certification body) audits. Our CQI and IRCA certified Lead Auditor training course takes places over 5 days, and is equivalent to 40 hours CPD.

Yes, the Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management training course is certified by IEMA, the key professional body for those operating in environmental management. Certification is achieved through a mix of continuous assessment during the course and an online exam following the event. We work closely with our attendees to give them the best chance of success. Certification at this level can give employees a demonstrable advantage in their career path. The course is also equivalent to a significant 40 hours of CPD.
