All certificates are sent approximately 4 weeks after the last day of the training course you attended. Certificates will only be sent if full payment has been made. Our Introduction to ISO 9001:2015 training course provides you with the knowledge of the main principles and features of a process based management system and the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. This course also enables you to gain the principles of ISO 9001:2015. It can be a good addition to the ISO 9001 Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor training.

Yes, there is continuous assessment throughout the 5 day course, this is in addition to the exam that you will sit on the final day of the course.
