While the course does talk about UK legislation, there is plenty of knowledge shared that is pertinent to any country or individual organisation that is seeking to manage and reduce its carbon output. You will learn about the terminology, the key drivers, and how to develop a carbon footprint strategy. The course also looks at capturing data and ensuring its quality. All these lessons can be applied wherever you work. Training run in our interactive Virtual Classroom is accessible globally.

You will receive full instructions from CQI and IRCA about how to log onto the SARAS practice portal and the SARAS exam portal. To log into the portals you will need a username and password. This will give you access to the relevant learner homepage.

If you do not receive the two emails, please check your junk email folder and ask your IT team whether they have been blocked. If you have not received the emails by the end of the course, let your tutor know and we will investigate. You can also let us know if you think any of your details on the portal are incorrect.

For more help on the online exams, visit the CQI and IRCA website.

We offer flexible options in where and when to train.

Our public scheduled courses run at locations across the UK and in our Virtual Classroom worldwide.

Alternatively, you may find it more cost-effective to set up a dedicated training session for just your organisation. You can choose where and when to run the course, enabling you to decide how to manage resources most efficiently during the training period.

If you are planning to audit suppliers as well as your own organisation, your better choice would be to attend our 5-day ISO 27001 Lead Auditor training course.

This longer course will give you the knowledge you will need to carry out internal and external audits, including practising skills through a case study and workshop.

The lead auditor course is CQI and IRCA certified, and successful completion entails performance assessment during training and an exam following the course.

If for any reason you do not pass the exam, then you do have the opportunity to re-sit within a certain timeframe. We aim to provide you with time with the course tutor to discuss how you can improve your performance. If you find yourself needing to re-sit do contact our training team to discuss the way forward.

We offer our ISO 42001 training courses both as face-to-face options and online in our Virtual Classroom. Check the list of upcoming course dates above to find the course that suits you best.

No. The focus of this course is to give you an understanding of the requirements and implications of an ISMS and ISO 27001, and you will receive a certificate to prove your attendance without the need to pass an exam.

Yes, from March 2023 there is an online exam which you will need to take within 30 days of the end of the course. The exam is set by the CQI and IRCA, and is available on an external portal. You will be sent full instructions on how to access the portal and the format of the exam. We will also provide information during the course to help you achieve success. That includes making use of the practice questions which are available on a separate portal.

This replaces the 2-hour written exam in use up to February 2023.

Our tutors are chosen for their practical experience as well as their ability to deliver the content of the course in an interesting and engaging way. That is an approach that resonates with many of our delegates, with one summing up their experience as: ‘Great to listen to someone with real industry experience, not someone who acquired wholly theoretical information. The tutor seemed to be fully conversant with existing contracts [at our organisation].’

Tutors with proven expertise give delegates confidence in the knowledge they are imparting, as one delegate pointed out: ‘The tutor’s knowledge and experience was a huge reassurance.’
