Yes, to get the most out of this training course you do need to know about the requirements of ISO 9001 and the principles of quality management. If you do not have that knowledge yet, then you can achieve an understanding by first attending our Introduction to ISO 9001:2015 training course.

Our Virtual Classroom courses have all the benefits face to face training with the added convenience of not having to leave your home or office. The courses are delivered on Zoom by an expert tutor.

Prior to the course date you will be sent the relevant training materials, either via post or email if you prefer.

Virtual Classroom courses include the use of breakout rooms to ensure they remain interactive. The tutor shares their screen with you and discusses the presentation slides, as they would with an in-person course. Our Virtual Classroom events also run with smaller class sizes for maximum tutor-delegate interaction.

Yes, you can attend our training courses in our Virtual Classroom, which allows you to learn from the comfort of your own home or offices no matter your location.

If English is your second language please let our team know as you may qualify for extra time if you undertake a course which includes an exam. Our tutors will also take care to ensure you understand the training during the course.

Be aware that while much of the training content is relevant to a global audience, there may be elements such as laws and regulations that are specifically directed at a UK audience.

Yes, you do need to be familiar with ISO 14001:2015 to make the most of this course. We will send you a pre-course questionnaire to help you assess whether you have sufficient current knowledge to benefit from ISO 14001 lead auditor training. You will also be asked to bring the questionnaire to the course to support group discussions.

If you have little or no prior knowledge, you might like to take advantage of our Introduction to ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems training course. We offer a discount of £100 when booking this course and the Introduction to ISO 14001 EMS together.
