Internal Auditor training for ISO 45001 enables you to undertake audits within your organisation. This ISO 45001 Internal Auditor training course takes place over 2 days, and is available at our UK-wide venues and online in our Virtual Classroom. It is equivalent to 14 hrs CPD.

Lead Auditor training enables you to undertake 1st party (internal within your organisation), 2nd party (supplier) and 3rd party (certification body) audits. Our CQI and IRCA certified Lead Auditor training course takes places over 5 days, and is equivalent to 40 hours CPD.

Yes. To pass this course you will first be assessed during training by your course tutor for participation and understanding. You will then have 30 days after the end of the course to take an online exam set by the CQI and IRCA.

The exam will present you with a mix of multiple choice, short response and other forms of question. Practice questions will be available to you to help you understand how the exam works and to check your knowledge. You will find both the exam and the practice questions on external portals, and you will be given full instructions about how to use these. Bywater will also work with you during the course to clarify what is expected of you.

This new online exam, available from March 2023, replaces the previous format of a 2-hour essay-type exam, in use until February 2023.

The IEMA Environmental Sustainability for Workforce training course is designed to give you a window into the world of environmental sustainability, whatever your role within your organisation. In just 1 day you will learn how you can make changes to benefit employees, customers and other stakeholders. You will leave the course with an understanding of drivers and trends, risks and opportunities, and requirements for compliance. You will also receive an IEMA certificate as evidence of your new knowledge.

The course includes our IOSH approved Introduction to ISO 45001:2018, as well as further discussion around how to plan and implement an ISO 45001 OH&S management system. That means that even if you are new to the subject, the carefully planned content and expert tutoring will give you the knowledge you need to appreciate the demands of ISO 45001 management systems and how to approach implementation.

Yes, you will be sent a certificate which you can use to demonstrate your understanding of the value of an integrated approach to management systems to your organisation, and how to get started.

This 1-day course is equivalent to 7 hours CPD.

However, if you specifically want to get started now with auditing an EnMS, then you may prefer to look at our ISO 50001 Internal Auditor training course. This course incorporates the teaching of the introductory course to give you a full picture of the role of an EnMS and how to audit it.

Yes, you will receive a certificate after the course to confirm your attendance for both days. The certificate demonstrates to your employers, colleagues and other interested parties that you have achieved an understanding of the risks and benefits of integrated management systems and know how to carry out an effective audit.
