Relevant to my role and the tutor has helped to apply directly to my organisation to put into context. All of the modules covered were excellent! The tutor was really helpful. We all received a folder of materials to take away which was useful to write notes on and take away for future reference. I attended the course at Bywater’s Coventry venue which had a peaceful training room, enough space and good refreshments. I would definitely recommend this training course, and Bywater!
This course and facilitation by the tutor has exceeded my expectations, I thoroughly enjoyed it and came away feeling motivated.

Provided a lot more useful information than I initially thought it would. The detailed explanations were very useful as it has been beneficial for us to learn before going for UKAS accreditation. The tutor was very diligent in his approach.
