| I was very reluctant to go for the virtual option as being on calls all day can be tiring. However the time was well managed with regular breaks which made it work well. This saves on time spent travelling to training locations as well. Richard was a great trainer. |

| This is my second Bywater course and I have really valued the insights of the tutors and in facilitating a relaxed learning atmosphere, I felt confident to ask questions and also learn from other people in the ‘room’.
