| Big part of the training was practical training, where we had to audit the trainer. It was very useful because he showed us the different types of auditee we might meet during our audits. Gave us examples how can we still focus on the audit and encourage people to support the audit process. |

Very encouraging tutor
| Mike was extremely knowledgeable and very encouraging to me (as someone very new to ISO27001 and trying to build a system from scratch). Despite there being attendees who were much more experienced or who were slotting into systems already established, he managed the variation within the group very well. | For me, the tutor Alan made the course what it was. Their was a lot of information to cover over the 5 days and with not having much experience with IATF 16949, I did think I would struggle.
