Yes, we can provide a replacement certificate, the fee is £35 plus VAT. We will require the delegate name, date and name of the course you attended. Please contact the Training Team on 0333 123 9001 or email contact@bywater.co.uk who will be able to assist you.

You have the opportunity to resit the exam, there is a time limit when this must be completed. We also try to arrange a time for you to discuss the failed exam with the tutor who can guide you on what areas need improvement. There is a fee of £145 + VAT to resit the exam. Resits can take place at a venue or within our Virtual Classroom. Please contact the training team on 0333 123 9001 to discuss this further.

Yes, all of our ISO 9001 training courses are up to date and use the 2015 standard.

If you need to update your knowledge to the new standard we recommend ISO 9001:2015 Transition training course, we offer this as scheduled and dedicated training.
