No, this course includes our ISO 14001 Internal Auditor training course, so you will be given an understanding of the knowledge and practical skills involved in auditing your own organisation’s environmental management system against ISO 14001.

We welcome delegates from any size of business, from small consultancies to global corporations. The knowledge shared on our training courses is suitable for anyone interested in improving their own skills and contributing to continuing improvement within their businesses.

We run this 1-day course at venues across the UK and online in our global Virtual Classroom. It can also be delivered exclusively for your business on an in-company basis.

Bywater process mapping training is led by one of our expert tutors, who is available in real time to guide and answer questions as the course progresses. Because we limit class sizes, everyone gets the opportunity to be part of the discussion.

You will need a laptop or desktop computer with a camera, headset and microphone, and a stable internet connection. We use Zoom to run our courses, which is an easy-to-use platform that works well for interactive training. You will receive a link to the Virtual Classroom in good time before the course starts to should ensure that your equipment and connections are working well. Yes, we will send you pre-course work with your joining instructions. The aim of this work is to help you understand your current quality management knowledge and be able to participate confidently in group discussions from day one.

The work only takes about 2 hours to complete, and we do not ask you to send it back to us before the start of the course.

This 1-day course comprises a half day on each of Kaizen and 5S. You can choose to attend just for a half day to learn about either 5S or Kaizen, or for the whole day. Please contact us for more information.
