Michelle found the ISO 17025 Internal Auditor training very beneficial and has been able to implement policy changes on corrective actions.

What were your training objectives?

To gain a more detailed knowledge of the 17025 standard and how to apply it to our mass calibration laboratory.

What learning did you take from the course?

I learnt how to read and interpret the ISO 17025 standard, this has helped me when completing internal audits and when dealing with UKAS.

Have you been able to apply anything since the course?

I have updated our policy on corrective actions since learning about this area on the course.

I have been able to conduct more in depth internal audits as I have a better understanding of the standard.

What have been the benefits for you and the business?

I had a much a greater understanding of the standard which was of benefit of us during our UKAS audit, we passed our UKAS audit which was encouraging.

How was the tutor?

Excellent

What was the venue like?

The venue was good, great location and had all the facilities required.

Any advice to delegates?

This is an intense course so be prepared but it is extremely worthwhile and you will take away a lot from it.

Would you recommend Bywater?
