What were your training objectives?

To understand how to implement 18001 and to be able to gain certification.

What learning did you take from the course?

I learnt what was required within the standard, and I need to achieve to obtain this.

Have you been able to apply anything since the course?

I have been given permission by the CEO to implement 18001.

What have been the benefits for you and the business?

Nothing currently as only just starting.

How was the tutor?

Great tutor, great at explaining and giving advice.

Any advice to delegates?

Hope the group is as small as ours to gain the most from the tutor.
