Neil attended the IATF 16949 Lead Auditor training in Leeds, he found it very beneficial particularly the role plays.

What were your training objectives?

A colleague recommended the training to provide a refresher on auditing and get up to speed on the new ITAF 16949 standard.

The course was held at a nearby location and this made it very convenient.

What learning did you take from the course?

The Tutor was very good and had extensive experience. The course was intense and fast paced which was good and being away from the office enabled me to focus on the training 100%.

Having been on other training I found this course of an excellent standard and well thought out. There was some excellent material on behaviour which I had not come across before and I will be able to use in my daily work. The role plays were also good and I will be able to implement techniques at work.

The delegate folder is very informative and thorough and is a great reference tool for back in the office.

Have you been able to apply anything since the course?

The course has helped in my working life and provided all the information that I needed for back at work. It has helped to improve the structure of the audit process and how we feedback to team members.

It has also assisted us in updating to the new IATF 16949 standard.

What have been the benefits for you and the business?

The audits will now be of a higher standard rather than just completed as routine. We will also be one step ahead of the certification bodies when they come to visit for re-certification.

What was the venue like?

The hotel facilities and bedrooms were excellent.

Any advice to delegates?

Ensure that you read the pre-reading materials prior to the course. Consider your evening arrangements as you do work a bit later and travel could make this a long day. I would recommend the residential option to make it easier.

Would you recommend Bywater?

I would book further training and recommend Bywater and I have enquired about further courses.
