Enabled LCL Electronics to prepare for an audit in October

Bilal attend the Introduction to ISO 9001 training course, at Oulton Hall in Leeds. He found the training a great update on the new standard and picked up a number of tips during the course.

What were your training objectives?

To understand how the clauses work and mean in ISO 9001 and the differences relating to ISO 9001 2015.

What learning did you take from the course?

How to Implement clauses in a documentation form and apply it regarding QMS and the management system.

Have you been able to apply anything since the course?

I am preparing for the company audit in October with the transition of ISO 9001 TO ISO 9001 2015.

I have so far prepared the audit by picking up good tips relating to clauses 4 to 8 by using these examples on the QMS

What have been the benefits for you and the business?

We will see the results In October after the audit.  I have learnt how to implement the clauses so am reasonably confident on the outcome of the audit.

How was the tutor?

The tutor was very friendly and helpful in any questions put forward and gave a diverse set of examples each time.

What was the venue like?

This part was my favourite, upon arriving at Oulton Hall I was so please to find everything at a 5 star level and was very impressed by the layout and all services provided.

Would you recommend Bywater?

Yes I would and hope to do future courses with Bywater relating to auditing.
