Our customers are our best advocates, and our most honest critics. That is why we invite every delegate to provide feedback after a course. We read all the reviews and use the net promotor score (NPS) approach for measuring customer experience to identify the most important positives and negatives.

We then act on those comments to achieve continuous improvement in our training and retain our place as the UK's leading independent business training provider.

Here you can read feedback from delegates who have attended courses across the spectrum of our course programme, including training around ISO standards-based management systems, business improvement, procurement, contract management and environmental sustainability.

Virtual course was highly beneficial

With the course attended virtually it would be easy to lose attention, but the tutor kept everyone engaged; indeed I saw no deficit to attending the course virtually, it was actually highly beneficial for me personally (childcare etc.).

Tutor helped bring the information to life

The Tutor made the sessions relatable and interactive which helped break the content into more manageable chunks. The Tutor had good knowledge of our company whilst not being directly involved which helped bring the information to life in our own working area.
